Over the last few weeks, I’ve shared with you just some of the damaging effects that disharmonic sounds and electromagnetic frequencies can have on the human body including sleep disturbances, anger, depression, ringing in the ears, headaches, memory loss, reduced fertility, and many others. Today, I’d like to share a few tips on how you can start taking control of the EMF’s in your environment to protect your family from destructive levels of electromagnetic radiation (EMFs) starting right now! If you want to check out the damning report by the Navy Medical Research Institute, entitled, “Reported Biological Phenomena (Effects) and Some Clinical Manifestations Attributed to Microwave and Radio-Frequency Radiation”, then read on!
First of all, I’d like to point out that I am not the ultimate expert on EMFs – I am merely another student of the issue. However, Dean and I have long known that EMF’s posed a danger to human health, which is why we haven’t had a cell phone for over 8 years. We truly believed that the steps we took would be enough to protect ourselves from the electromagnetic radiation emitted by these high-tech devices. But it wasn’t. Not by a long shot.
As soon as Dean and I began doing research for our latest book, Illuminati Agenda 21, the horrible truth of how naïve I had been hit me like a ton of bricks. Suddenly, I understood that many of the odd health symptoms that Dean and I had both been experiencing over the last five years or so were actually caused by the silent radio frequencies from our laptop, wireless modem, and DECT cordless phone, all of which were positioned smack dab in the middle of our work and living space mere feet from where we spent the majority of our days and nights.
As we made the necessary changes, we called our utility right away to find if we had a smart meter on the pole in our yard. Thankfully, our electric co-op does not use these evil devices. They actually told us they thought they were dangerous on many levels, including hacking and would never voluntarily utilize them. We made a good choice when moving here in other ways, too. Our house is way back in the woods with no neighbors close by whose wi-fi could bleed into our house and there are no cell phone towers within two miles of us. This made cleaning up our immediate environment much simpler.
After ridding ourselves of all the wireless tech in our home, we are both feeling much, much better. My ears don’t ring and buzz anymore, we both sleep better, I haven’t had a single headache since we unhooked from wi-fi and my body doesn’t ache all the time. And while many things are better, we are still battling a few persistent health issues simply because some of the damage caused by microwave radiation and blue light from LED and fluorescent lights and computer screens occur on a molecular level and is quite possibly permanent.
If you or someone in your family are suffering from any physical ailment I strongly urge you to do your own research into the symptoms of EMF exposure and take steps to protect yourself right now before permanent damage is done.
I’ll start you off this hard-to-refute report from the Navy Medical Research Institute: “Reported Biological Phenomena (Effects) and Some Clinical Manifestations Attributed to Microwave and Radio-Frequency Radiation” whose author uses the following keywords to describe the contents “biological effects, non-ionizing radiation, radar hazards, radio frequency radiation, microwave radiation, health hazards, electromagnetic radiation injury, and radiation adverse effects.” This document was published way back in 1971, proving that the military – from which all this technology originated – was fully aware of the physiological effects on humans from microwave radiation exposure! Notice that the author needs five full pages to list all the effects of EMFs!
Now that you’re sure EMFs are dangerous, take a look around you and identify all of the devices in your home, office, and at your children’s school that uses wireless technology including iPads or other small handheld computing devices and laptops, routers and modems, wireless keyboards, mouse, DECT cordless phones, GPS devices, drones, wearable tech like Fit Bits and Apple watches (among others), baby monitors, home security alarms and cameras, utility meters, and on and on. Once you start looking I think you’ll be shocked at all the devices in your home that emit EMFs.
After you’ve identified dangerous devices in your home, take a drive through your community with a friend and search for cell towers and cellular antennas, which are now being attached to not only classic cell tower structures, but all kinds of structures including buildings, bridges, water towers, flag poles, telephone and light poles and many others. Usually, these antennas are long, rectangular box-like devices. Many of the newer “antenna arrays” are being positioned very close together and closer to the ground than conventional cell towers in preparation for the full implementation of the new 5G network. Some are stand-alone street light-like poles that look nothing like conventional cell towers.
We found this horrific example of a huge antenna array fixed to the water tower in a community we had been considering for retirement. Ironically, it’s located less than 80 ft. above the A.T. Still University of Osteopathy in Kirksville, MO. This is the accredited university of alternative medicine started by the founder of chiropractic medicine! Right next door is the Northeast Regional Medical Center and the entire area is filled with homes and student housing. But worst of all is those arrays are blasting EMF’s into the community water supply! It’s really quite amazing what you’ll find once you start looking. Hopefully, you can move away from EMF arrays like this one. If you can’t, get ready to protect your home from bombardment.
If you’re ready to take your health back, here are a few ways to protect yourself and your family from the effects of EMFs.
1. Permanently turn off the wireless capacity of your modem/router and connect your laptop or desktop computer to the internet using a CAT 6a or higher shielded Ethernet cable. Once you’ve got the Ethernet cable you want, you may need to call your internet provider and have them walk you through the steps to permanently turn off the wi-fi function on your modem. Be sure to tell them why you’re doing this.
If this isn’t possible to do on the modem you have, you need to buy a new modem that can be turned off completely – preferably from a simple switch on the modem itself (so your provider can’t turn it back on without you noticing!). Next, turn off the wi-fi on your computer or laptop and keep it off. Always turn off all wireless functions and your computer systems at night while you sleep.
2. Keep your cell phone away from your body at all times and always turn it off at night. All cell phone inserts tell you to not put the “device” within 1 inch (sometimes more) of your body. They mean anywhere on your body including your head or ear, or in your pocket or bra! Nowhere.
If you’re quite not ready to toss your phone at least try to find a safe way to carry and use it. Smartphones are the worst emitters of EMFs, but there are lower EMF models on the market that you can trade your current phone for. You might want to consider carrying your phone in a case designed to act like a Faraday cage, which blocks EMFs from escaping from the phone into your body. When talking, don’t hold the phone to your head and never use your car’s speaker function or a Bluetooth headset or earbud, which is just more wireless tech bouncing around the inside of that small space. Instead, use the speaker function on the phone itself or better yet, invest in a pair of air-tube (not wired) earbuds or headset. This is because wires going to or from your devices blast EMFs right into your ears!
Never sleep in the same room with any wireless device, do not carry them on your body or in your pocket or bra. When not actively using them, set your phone to Airplane Mode or turn it completely off. Off is always the best option and will help you curb your phone addiction, too.
Keep in mind that when you are actively moving or when the signal is low, especially when you are in a vehicle or structure, the signals emitted from your phone to the tower and back get stronger as they try to maintain the connection. Your vehicle also acts like a giant antenna, bouncing EMF radiation all around you.
Never let a child hold or play with your phone, iPad or other wireless tech. Ever.
3. Ditch your cordless DECT walk-around phone and go back to wired handset phones. This one really shocked me, but it’s true – cordless home phones emit MORE electromagnetic frequencies than your smartphone does! These are terrible EMF producers that can crank out as much as 60 Gigahertz from both the base and the handset! Yikes! Get rid of these destructive devices and go back to a wired phone that has a speakerphone function so you can still move around freely while talking.
4. If you live in the city, understand that wireless signals from nearby cell towers and those from your neighbor’s wireless modems can come into your home through your windows and walls! There are many Faraday cage-like products on the market to help prevent EMF intrusion into your living space including EMF-blocking wall paint, window films and curtains, and metal-lined bed canopies, among others. Please be wary when purchasing EMF-blocking products. There’s a lot of crap out there being sold by shiftless profiteers these days. Research, research, and research before you buy.
5. Check out the utility (electric) meter that services your home or apartment. These meters all have a digital readout on their faces. If you aren’t sure if your meter is “smart”, call your utility and ask. The trend towards the Internet of Things and 5G includes the installation of digital “smart meters”. These devices are super heavy emitters of EMFs and if placed on an exterior wall of your home near a bedroom or living space can cause serious harm. Even your neighbor’s smart meter can bleed over into your home.
Not only that, but these devices are well-known for catching fire and burning people’s houses down. They are also being used to monitor your usage habits, personal movements (are you home?), as well as the types of electronic devices in your home. They are also notorious for raising electric bills, even though your usage hasn’t changed.
We talked to our local utility co-op and they told us they will never install smart meters because they are dangerous and easily hackable. If you have one, you might be able to get it removed – but it’s very unlikely. If you don’t have one and don’t want one, you may find one installed against your will. Look into this issue more and you will see the real thuggery behind Agenda 21’s compulsory 5G network. Beware of people selling shields for smart meters. My research indicates that those that are installed outside the home are mildly effective at best and quite dangerous at their worst – not to mention that installing them behind the meter is considered “tampering”. It’s safer to smash and run than install one of these devices.
6. Last, but not least, your personal digital internet service and those of your neighbors and nearby cell towers can and probably are being picked up by aerial power lines around your home and the wiring within your home. Power and electric lines easily transmit what is known in the industry as “dirty electricity” loaded with crazy levels of EMFs. The best way to detect dirty electricity and all other electromagnetic frequencies, including those from your various devices and smart appliances, light fixtures, etc, is by purchasing a quality gauss or EMF meter or hiring an electromagnetic radiation field testing professional. These folks know what to look for and can help with remediation.
There is so much to learn about EMFs and ways to protect yourself and your family from their harmful effects that I could write an entire book on the subject. The tips I’ve given you today are not the end-all of ways to protect yourself and those you love, rather, they are just the beginning. When doing your research, be sure to look into whole body cleansing, grounding, chelation and Rife therapies. Focus on building your overall well-being by eating whole, organic, non-GMO foods, bathing in direct sunlight for at least an hour every day, drinking clean chemical and fluoride-free water, praying, meditating or otherwise engaging the spiritual good in the universe.
To counter the deadly effects of this trans-humanist world, we must become more human! Disengage from the Machine. Engage with humans. Turn off Social Media and turn on real Social Living. Reject Big Tech and embrace Nature and God’s Creation. We can only fight the good fight when we live the good life.
